About the Studio

Take a deep breath and relax with Mountain Aire Music. Lessons move at the student's pace allowing the necessary time to develop skills, technique, and a strong command of musical concepts. With no need to rush learning remains fun and focused on the student's progress and understanding, and not just the successful building of repertoire and meeting curriculum criteria. 

The studio offers weekly lessons in 15, 30, and 60 minute increments in a variety of instruments giving you and your family the opportunity to find a time and sound that works best for you. Both private and group lessons (on-line and in-studio) are available giving those close and far away the chance to learn. 

Starting with the basics, students set their goals and lessons are planned around developing the skills and musical understanding to meet those goals. Students learn basic rhythm, notation, and music reading incorporating different instruments and activities to keep even the basics interesting.

New and exciting rhythms and sounds are introduced through a range of styles and genres, keeping lessons engaging for all levels and ages.

Mountain Aire wants to keep the studio and students connected in and out of the studio. With students far and wide, and from all over the world, the unique opportunities available through the parent/student portal allow students and families to connect with each other. Students have the opportunity to explore and practice their new skills by jamming with the instructor and other students. The student and parent portal not only allow students and families to connect to each other, but grants access to materials and resources used in-studio for practice and repertoire development.  Performance and social events will be announced when available.
